What is the wedding attire like?
The dress code is Tropical Formal, men in suits and women in long dresses.
Can I bring additional guests?
No, your invitation indicates the number of places we reserved for you.
Can children go to the wedding?
We’d love for it to be an adults-only celebration to keep the day intimate and special. Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to see you there!
Are there any passport requirements?
Because it is an international destination, if you are traveling from abroad make sure your passport is valid for 6 months on the wedding day. The 6 month passport rule states that your passport must be valid for another 6 months before leaving for International travel. Don't forget your passport!
Which airport should I arrive at?
Cancun International Airport: For our guests staying at Hotel Xcaret, upon arrival at the Airport, please go to the Xcaret lounge. A private bus will be waiting for you to take you to the hotel. We are within a 40 minute distance by car to Playa del Carmen, our final destination.
What is the weather like in Playa del Carmen?
In May there will be a wet season in Playa del Carmen. We will have an average High of 88°F (31°C) and a Low of 73°F (23°C). Generally, it is a warm climate with very gentle breezes.
